What exactly do you do?

What is the difference between the two packages?

Both packages are cross-border builds. The difference is the type of business you are running.

The Cross-Border Service Business is for coaches, consultants, freelancers, and anyone selling a skill or service. If your business earns through what you do rather than what you ship, this is the one.

The Cross-Border Ecommerce Business is for entrepreneurs selling physical products. It includes everything in the service package plus the product infrastructure: your online store, Amazon setup, Canadian and U.S. logistics configuration, and import/export registration.

Import and export logistics are also the client’s responsibility. We provide setup and advisory, but day-to-day logistics operations sit with you.

Do you use AI to build these businesses?

No. Every business we build is custom built by a specialist team. No AI-generated assets or generic business templates.

The Process

How does the process work?

You choose your business direction. We build everything around it: legal entities in Canada and the U.S., banking, payments, your website, and for ecommerce clients, Amazon and logistics setup. You review and approve key decisions along the way.

You do not need technical knowledge to run the business once it is live. We train you before handover so you are confident from day one, with ongoing support available through our monthly support plan for as long as you need it.

What do I need before we start?

The most important thing you bring is clarity on what you want to sell or offer. For ecommerce clients, having a product or supplier confirmed before we begin makes the process faster. For example, you may have sourced products from a supplier in the U.S., China, or Canada and now need the professional business infrastructure built around it.

You will also need:

  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Proof of address
  • A credit or debit card for payments
  • A laptop for managing your business after launch

We walk you through everything else at onboarding.

How much of my time does this require?

Very little during the build. You provide your documents, business details, and approvals at key stages. We manage the legal, technical, and structural execution.

The real time investment comes after launch, when you are running and growing your business.

How long does the full setup take?

Timelines vary based on the package scope and the responsiveness of third-party agencies such as banks and government departments. We will give you a clear estimate at onboarding and keep you updated throughout the process.

Can you give me a real example of how this works?

Ecommerce: You have sourced a product from a supplier, perhaps in China, the U.S., or Canada, and you are ready to sell. You have inventory but no business structure around it. We register your Canadian corporation and U.S. LLC, open your business banking, configure payment for both currencies, build your product website, set up your Amazon account, and configure your logistics. You go from having a product to having a fully operational cross-border business.

After Launch

What ongoing costs should I expect after launch?

Beyond standard operating costs, the only ongoing fee from Aneurin Advisory is an optional monthly support plan. It covers tax filing support, compliance reminders, annual renewals for both entities, hosting, website maintenance, and technical support in one flat monthly fee. No contracts.

If you prefer to manage those items independently, you own everything outright and can do so. Either way, every business we build is designed to run lean, with only the essential tools required to operate smoothly.

What is the monthly support plan and what does it include?

The monthly support plan is an optional ongoing subscription available after your business setup is complete. One flat monthly fee covers tax filing support, compliance reminders, annual registration renewals for both entities, U.S. registered agent renewal, state compliance fees, hosting and domain renewal, website and system maintenance, and ongoing technical support. No deadlines to track. No surprise invoices.

It also includes access to Zeni, our AI business operator, built around your specific setup. Zeni tracks your deadlines, knows your structure, and gives you day-to-day guidance on what to focus on next.

What is Zeni?

Zeni is your AI business operator, included as part of the monthly support plan. Unlike a generic AI tool, Zeni is built around your specific setup. It knows your legal structure, both entities, your tax obligations, and your key deadlines across both countries.

You can ask it anything about running your business and get a precise, relevant answer at any time, without waiting on a specialist. It also tracks deadlines and gives you clear guidance on what to focus on next so nothing slips through the cracks.

Zeni does not replace the human specialists behind your build and compliance. It works alongside them so you always have somewhere to turn, day or night.

What about taxes? How does that work with a cross-border business?

Tax is the right question to ask, and we take it seriously. A Canadian cross-border business operates across two tax jurisdictions, and that requires the correct structure from day one.

As part of your build, we put the proper legal and tax structure in place for both your Canadian corporation and U.S. LLC. This includes CRA registration, GST/HST setup, EIN registration, and the foundational documentation that keeps each entity compliant in its respective jurisdiction.

Beyond the build, Kelly James, our cross-border tax specialist, handles all CRA and IRS compliance, annual filings, and deadline tracking for clients on our monthly support plan. You do not need to find a separate accountant or keep track of deadlines yourself. The structure is built right, and the ongoing compliance is handled by the same team.

If you prefer to manage your own taxes after launch, you can. The business is fully yours and structured for clean filings either way. But for most clients, having Kelly handle compliance is the simpler, cleaner path.

Do I own everything after the setup is complete?

Yes, completely. Every entity, account, platform, brand asset, and system is fully yours once the build is complete and final payment is received. We build it. You own it.

Can this business grow over time?

Yes. The infrastructure is built to scale with new products, higher order volumes, expanded Amazon presence, and additional marketing channels. You will not need a full rebuild to grow. The foundation supports it.

Payments and Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We currently accept:

  • Credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.
  • Digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
  • Buy now, pay later options such as Affirm or Klarna.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your device or checkout setup. Currency is handled automatically at checkout.

How does the payment structure work?

The complete fee is split into two payments: 50 percent to begin and 50 percent on completion of the full build. All initial fees are included.

How do I receive and access my USD earnings?

Your U.S. business bank account receives all USD payments directly. You will have both a physical and virtual debit card, so you can spend, transfer, or withdraw your USD as needed.

CAD payments from Canadian customers settle separately into your Canadian business bank account. Both operate independently and are set up as part of your build.

How is this different from hiring a web designer, accountant, or registration service?

Each of those providers handles one piece. A web designer builds a site. An accountant handles taxes. A registration agent files paperwork. None of them connect the systems, configure cross-border payments, set up Amazon, coordinate logistics, or ensure the entire operation functions together.

Why not just use DIY tools or AI software?

DIY tools and AI platforms can produce something visible quickly.
