This Service Agreement Overview explains how Aneurin Advisory works, what is included in your selected package, how your investment is structured, and the policies that apply to your engagement. The exact scope of work is determined by the package you select at the time of enrollment.
How We Work: Aneurin Advisory builds complete, income-ready cross-border businesses for Canadian entrepreneurs. We handle the full legal formation, banking, payments, branding, website, and platform setup across both Canada and the United States. We do not provide consulting, coaching, or courses. We execute the entire buildout so your business is operational from day one.
01 What You Get
Your package delivers a complete, ready-to-operate cross-border business covering Canada and the United States. Deliverables are based on the package selected and the information provided during onboarding.
Package 1 · Cross-Border Service Business
$4,200 USD · All initial fees included
For coaches, consultants, freelancers, and anyone earning through a service rather than a physical product.
- Canadian corporation registration
- U.S. LLC formation with EIN
- Canadian business bank account
- USD business account and debit card
- Payment processing configured for CAD and USD settlement
- CRA registration (Business Number, GST/HST, corporate income tax)
- Legal documents for both entities
- Professional brand identity
- WooCommerce website built for services
- Training and 30 days post-launch support
Package 2 · Cross-Border Ecommerce Business
$5,550 USD · All initial fees included
For entrepreneurs selling physical products who want to reach Canadian customers, U.S. buyers, and Amazon shoppers from one connected business.
- Everything included in Package 1
- WooCommerce product store (multi-currency, CAD and USD)
- Amazon seller account setup (Amazon.ca and Amazon.com)
- Canadian shipping and courier setup
- Import/export account registration and CARM portal setup
- U.S. shipping and fulfillment setup
Note on Import/Export Logistics
The Package 2 setup covers account registration, CARM portal access, and fulfillment framework configuration. Actual shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and freight arrangements are operational expenses and remain the client’s responsibility.
02 What’s Not Included
All operational business expenses are the client’s responsibility and are not covered by the package fee. These include, but are not limited to:
- Inventory and product procurement
- Packaging materials and supplies
- Shipping, freight, and courier costs
- Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges
- Product photography beyond agreed inclusions
- Amazon platform fees (labeling, storage, fulfillment, subscription)
- Paid advertising and marketing spend
- Optional third-party software beyond the tools required for setup
- Ongoing accounting, corporate tax filing, and professional legal advice
03 Investment and Payment Structure
All-Inclusive Fee: Each package fee covers the complete buildout, including all required third-party setup costs. There are no separate vendor fees. The total confirmed at enrollment is the only amount due for your setup.
How Payment Works
- 50% deposit is required to begin
- 50% balance is due upon completion, before handover
- Payments may be made in USD or CAD using the payment methods accepted at the time of invoicing.
04 Project Start Requirements
Your setup begins once the following are received and confirmed:
- Required deposit is paid
- All onboarding forms and required business details are submitted
No registration filings, website work, banking setup, or any other deliverable begins until these requirements are fully met.
05 Timeline
Some setups may be completed in as few as four weeks depending on the package, client responsiveness, and external approvals. Timelines cannot be guaranteed due to factors including:
- Canadian and U.S. government processing times
- CRA registration timelines
- Amazon or payment provider approvals
- Bank and vendor response times
- Client responsiveness and speed of document submission
You will receive regular updates throughout your engagement and access to a client dashboard where progress and key documents are stored.
06 Refund and Fairness Policy
Aneurin Advisory operates on a confidence-based engagement model. If within the first 14 days it becomes clear the engagement is not the right fit, you may request a refund.
The refundable amount is calculated as the total amount paid, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf at the time of the request. These may include registration fees, filing fees, domain and hosting costs, and any other vendor expenses already processed. Completed work is non-refundable.

07 Identity and Verification Requirements
Clients must provide the following for registrations and identity verification:
- Two valid government-issued photo IDs
- Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill or bank statement)
- Accurate legal information for all registration filings
- A valid credit card for required third-party processing
This information is used solely for verification and required applications. Aneurin Advisory does not store or handle your card details directly.
08 Communication and Transparency
You will receive a structured, transparent workflow throughout your engagement, including:
- A client dashboard for milestone tracking where applicable
- Regular progress updates via email or WhatsApp
- Shared access to relevant documents and receipts where available
Dashboard access is provided for a limited time following project completion. Please download and securely store any documents, credentials, or files you need before access closes.
09 Post-Launch Support
You receive 30 days of post-launch support following delivery. This covers website management, technical adjustments, and general operational questions within the scope of the setup provided.
10 Service Area
This service is available to residents of Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta only. Aneurin Advisory does not currently accept Canadian clients outside of these provinces.

You retain full ownership and control of your business, accounts, brand, and long-term growth. Aneurin Advisory provides the infrastructure and setup foundation for you to build on with confidence.
Agreement Acknowledgement
By submitting your application or making a payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood this Service Agreement Overview and agree to proceed under these terms. Acceptance is subject to Aneurin Advisory’s review and availability.
